Accessibility Statement
SynergyCore LLC (d/b/a SynergyCore Technologies) wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use synergycore.software. We work to make the Site usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, screen magnification, voice control and other assistive technologies.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities. We consider the Site partially conformant: most of it meets the standard, and we are working on the limitations listed below.
What we do
- A "Skip to main content" link and clear page landmarks and headings.
- Full keyboard operation with visible focus indicators.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative images hidden from screen readers.
- Form fields with programmatic labels, required-field indicators, and error and success messages that screen readers announce.
- Text and controls that meet WCAG color contrast ratios.
- Respect for your operating system's "reduce motion" setting: 3D scenes and scroll animations are replaced with static content.
- The page language is set correctly when you switch between English and Spanish.
- Layouts that reflow at 200% zoom and on small screens without loss of content.
- Accessibility checks as part of our design and development process.
Known limitations
- 3D hero scenes are decorative and need WebGL. The headline and all content they surround are available as regular text. If your browser cannot show them, or you have reduced motion turned on, you see a static version.
- Embedded product videos are hosted by Vimeo. Some may not yet have accurate captions or transcripts. Contact us and we will provide a transcript.
- Legal pages are currently available in English only. We will provide a Spanish version or another format on request.
- Third-party content, such as embedded players and linked sites, is outside our control and may not be fully accessible.
Compatibility
The Site is designed to work with recent versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on desktop and mobile, and with screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack. It relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WAI-ARIA. Our legal pages work without JavaScript.
Get help or report a barrier
If you have trouble using any part of the Site, or need information in a different format, please tell us. We will work with you to provide the information or service you need through another way, and we will fix the problem.

Please include the page address (URL), what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you use, if any. We aim to reply within 2 business days and to resolve reported barriers within 10 business days. If a fix will take longer, we will tell you when to expect it and give you an alternative in the meantime.
